WHEN YOU HAVE PAID THROUGH PAYPAL:
When you have paid through PayPal to join our site you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal. Check your junk mail if you don’t receive it. You don’t get instant access to the site. We have to manually add a username and password for you. We can usually do this quite quickly but please allow up to 8 hours for us to do this. As soon as we see that you have paid we will email you to let you know and to ask you what username and password you would like us to add for you. We also give you the option to let us make a username and password up for you.
You can also email us as soon you have paid and can let us know in your email what username and password you would like us to add for you, or if you want us to make a username and password for you.
If you don’t receive an email from us within 8 hours of you paying then it’s possible our email reply has gone to your spam/junk folder so do check that. It’s also possible that our email has not been delivered or blocked. Unfortunately this does happen sometimes. If you don’t hear from us please email us. If you have more than one email address please email us from more than one email address you have to make sure we receive your email. When we first email you we will email you from our webmaster email address and also from a personal Hotmail or Yahoo email address as well, just to make sure you receive it.
When you join through PayPal it’s always just a one-off payment you make so you will never be charged again.
If we can’t contact you or don’t hear back from you within 2 days we will just automatically give you a full refund. Please don’t contact PayPal if you don’t hear from us. If you don’t hear from us it’s not because we haven’t emailed you. It will be because, for some reason, you haven’t receive our emails. They could have gone to your spam/junk folder or it’s possible our email was rejected so you won’t receive it. We can guarantee that if we can’t contact you we will give you a full refund within 2 days of you paying.
